All of our cabins here at Lake Texoma are brand new! They all come with coffee pot, microwave, minifridge, sattelite TV, picnic table and charcoal grill. All cabins have 4′ porch with 2 chairs and small table. We have a common area where you can enjoy a game of horse-shoes, relax by the fire-pits, or enjoy a picnic under lighted covered picnic tables.

All of our rooms are NON-SMOKING rooms. If you have pets that will be staying with you, please contact us about our pet policy. If after your pets are accepted upon check-in, and your pet has damaged the room in anyway, there is a minimum of a $300 cleaning charge. If there is a cosmetic/structural damage (stained carpets, door trim damage, etc) and we are unable to rent the cabin for the next night, you will be charged that nights fee plus repair costs

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT INFORMATION

Check-in time is from 4:00pm until 10:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. Earlier or later check-in times can be made available with prior arrangements. Any reservations needing cancellation can be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival without charge.

On holiday weekends, we have a three (3) night minimum stay. On holiday reservations, cancellations must be made within 10 days prior to arrival without charge.
